Reducing heat and glare through windows

The rooms that face the sun get uncomfortably warm and the glare on screens is constant during the day. I’m looking for a window film that can reflect some of the heat and light without making the space too dark. Has anyone used reflective film for this? How effective is it at keeping the temperature down and reducing glare while still allowing a clear view out?

Sun-facing rooms can get very warm and the glare on screens is hard to ignore during the day. I needed something that would cut heat and light without darkening the space too much. After trying https://www.tintfit.com/shop/reflective-window-film the difference was noticeable. It reflects a good amount of heat and reduces glare while still keeping a clear view out. The rooms feel more comfortable and the film doesn’t look overly dark from the inside.
